Sing Ye the Glorious Music

Laudibus, The National Youth Chamber Choir of Great Britain, take us on a journey through four hundred years of musical styles, performing works by Byrd, Bach, Lesur and also Eric Whitacre with whom the choir collaborated on its CD Light and Gold in 2011 which reached No 1 in the Classical Album charts in both the UK and USA.
 
Laudibus is hailed by audiences and critics as one of the finest chamber choirs in the world. The choir has acquired a reputation for the breadth of its programming and its dynamic and exciting performances. The members of Laudibus are chosen by audition from the 130-strong National Youth Choir of Great Britain, and the unique blend and flexibility of this energetic choir has developed over many years with their director Mike Brewer.
